Boost Wellbeing and Performance in the Workplace

As part of the Empowering Communities events programme, Voluntary Norfolk and the Good Jobs Project at the University of East Anglia are hosting an online workshop about how to boost wellbeing and performance in the workplace, aimed at leaders of voluntary and community organisations in Norfolk.  The event takes place on Teams on Tuesday 26th July from 10am until 11am.

The Good Jobs Project is part of Evolve Workplace Wellbeing, a team from both UEA and RAND Europe who carry out research on wellbeing and productivity.  The Good Jobs team have been building insight into how to improve frontline work.

In this session aimed at voluntary and community sector leaders, Helen Fitzhugh and Ritchie Woodard will introduce four ways to ‘boost’ the wellbeing and performance of frontline workers, drawn from their research. Ritchie will offer insight into the cost-effectiveness case for supporting wellbeing and Helen will discuss how to tackle culture change for wellbeing. There will be time for discussion and questions – including the option to book in a follow-up 1-1 conversation for further knowledge exchange.
