Free coaching for social enterprises

Adam Clark Coaching & Consulting is pleased to offer a unique opportunity of free coaching for social enterprises. It’s intended for social enterprise leaders in Norwich to experience how coaching can help them at no cost.

Between March and July 2023, he is offering 4 local social enterprise leaders 3 free 45 minute coaching sessions each to support the development of a vibrant social enterprise ecosystem in Norwich.

Adam Clark is a business consultant and coach based in Norwich. Coaching is a powerful tool to support self-led learning and development. He will work with you over a number of sessions to identify your personal or professional goals, your options and solutions that you want to take forward. As an accredited Relational Dynamics coach, his style is person- centred. He draws on a range of frameworks, including use of ‘clean language’, thinking partnerships and non-violent communication. Adam knows how coaching can provide transformational insights. It can also offer a clear direction when we get stuck in our thinking.

Adam has worked for 20 years in social inclusion policy and projects, in VCSE, public and private sectors. He’s also been involved in leading strategy in a local authority, as well as coordinating local, regional and national partnership projects. He has experience as a trustee, volunteer and manager as well as working as a coach, workshop leader and facilitator. This gives Adam a range of perspectives, skills and approaches that he can bring to bear to support you.
