Social Impact Measurement in Practice: Tools, Approaches, Examples – Tuesday 1st August 10am-12pm

To complement last week’s networking event, FUSE are hosting a webinar exploring social impact measurement in more depth. With a focus on “Tools, approaches, examples”, guest speaker Sean Gladwin of Enriched Consulting will talk through real examples of putting impact measurement into practice as well as practical tips for getting started.



Serious Violence Duty in Norfolk Focus Group – Thursday 17th August 10:30-11:30am

This focus group will explore the new Serious Violence Duty, which requires organisations to work together to prevent & reduce serious violence in their area. It is vital for those working with people involved in, at risk of, or impacted by serious violence to share their views & experiences to aid development of the local evidence base & resulting strategy. You’ll be asked your views on the impact of serious violence, the drivers & causes, what is working well & what could be improved.



Introduction to Safeguarding Adults – Friday 8th September 10:30am-12:30pm

This online session is an opportunity for staff & volunteers to learn about:

  • Identifying adults at risk
  • What is meant by “abuse” and “neglect”
  • Recognising the signs of abuse
  • Understanding your duty of care to adults at risk
  • Key principles to assess whether someone has capacity to make their own decisions

A Masterclass in Preventing Financial Fraud – Thursday 14th September 1:30-2:30pm

Handelsbanken will discuss common scams that aim to defraud charities, voluntary organisations & community groups. We’ll discuss up-to-date, practical measures your organisation can take to protect itself from financial fraud, and will give you the opportunity to ask your questions, too.
