CAN 2026 Referrer Network Sessions – Breckland
The Conference Centre, Breckland County Council
These sessions are designed to be action-focused, providing opportunities to share experiences, explore solutions, and build connections across theses districts. In particular they focus on;
- Gaps in provision and current challenges,
- Opportunities to address these gaps,
- The capacity of community groups and organisations to develop solutions.
- Key priorities for the future,
- Any other issues arising.
As well as helping to inform wider strategic discussions and planning with partners such as the Empowering Communities Partnership and Health & Wellbeing Partnership.
