About Us

Empowering Communities is a partnership offering support to Norfolk’s Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.

Our collective commitment to the VCSE sector in Norfolk is to deliver:

  • a good, easy to access, universal offer of support
  • targeted specialist support in response to VCSE needs

We aim to deliver a progressive and impactful programme of support. The Empowering Communities partnership brings together different expertise, perspectives and experiences, which feed into the shaping of the programme.

Our partners:

Voluntary Norfolk  are the lead partner, with Community Action Norfolk (CAN), FUSE Network and Norfolk Community Advice Network (NCAN).

Each partner organisation has a strong track record of providing support to the sector and is well-connected to other local VCSEs. As well as providing our own support, we can signpost you to other support services and resources available.

We are funded by Norfolk County Council and will work collaboratively to bring additional resources into the VCSE sector in Norfolk.

We are proud to deliver the Empowering Communities programme and seek to ensure you get the best service possible.
