Volunteer Passport

The Norfolk Volunteer Passport provides volunteers with fully funded training to equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to take on a volunteering role.
The course is delivered by Norfolk Adult Learning over 5 days – one day per week over 5 weeks, 3 hours per session. Deliveries are either face to face or via Microsoft Teams. It covers the basic knowledge and skills that volunteers need to have: everything from health & safety to safeguarding adults and children.
Once volunteers have successfully completed the training they will be invited to join the Volunteer Passport database, which is held on Get InVOLved Norfolk. They will also be supported to use the Get InVOLved Norfolk and Get InVOLved Skills platforms to keep a record of volunteering activity, further training and other information which can be shared with organisations when applying for volunteering roles.
