Join for a friendly and informal networking session for all trustees, directors and board members in Norfolk! Free to attend.
Are you a trustee, non-executive director or board member for a Norfolk charity, social enterprise or community group? Would you like to connect with others in similar roles to share experiences, resources and ideas?This meeting designed to help you build confidence, share learning and make new connections. We’ll be joined by speakers from the sector sharing their perspectives on being a Trustee, Board Member or NED, plus Empowering Communities partners will be on hand to speak to about board member recruitment, setting up trading models, dealing with disputes, creating policies and more.

Drop-in at any time during the session, 10am-12pm, but please note the speakers will be sharing their experiences at the start of the session, so aim to be there for 10am if you would like to hear their experiences.
